  • Our 4-Week Speed & Agility Training Program is tailor-made for athletes who want to get faster, more agile, and more confident on the field.

What to Expect:

Each one-hour session includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up: Begin with movement prep to improve mechanics, agility readiness, and injury prevention.
  • Speed Training: Speed training is simple, consistent, and repeatable. The best way to get faster is to practice moving fast with guidance on how to understand the movement, scale the intensity, and improve over time.  
  • Jumping, Agility, & Power: Sports require the ability to jump, accelerate and decelerate, or change direction quickly. These are skills that require practice to improve. Teaching the movement, adding constraints, or increasing resistance can translate to an increased ability to perform these movements in practice or game situations.

Core Principles:

  • Quality Over Quantity: Our coaches focus on proper form—not just speed—for safer, more effective results.
  • Safety First: Drills are age-appropriate, with adequate rest, clear instruction, and progression to avoid overtraining.
  • Progress & Motivation: Structured to build confidence and capability week by week.
  • Education: We want athletes to leave with a better understanding of how training leads to progress and what they can do to continue to push themselves.
