Texas 96- Baseball
Billing Policy Texas 96 operates on a 12-month tuition model designed to provide consistent coaching, facility access, player development, and organizational support throughout the year. Monthly tuition begins in August and continues through July, with payments automatically processed each month. If a family chooses to withdraw from Texas 96, a 30-day written notice is required. Notice must be submitted by email to info@texas96.com. Tuition payments will continue during the 30-day notice period, and any scheduled payments due within that timeframe remain the responsibility of the family. This policy allows us to responsibly manage coaching commitments, field rentals, tournament registrations, and roster planning while continuing to provide the highest quality experience for all athletes and families.
